Diced Chicken with Cashew nuts


Ingredients  


500g Boneless Chicken
50g  Ginger
50g  Garlic
50g  Spring Onion

50g  Corn flour
6 tbls Chili Paste
100g Cashew nuts fried
6 tbls Oyster Sauce 
6 tbls Soya Sauce
300 ml Chicken stock
4 tbls Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Ajinomoto 
Salt
2 Eggs
10g Fried Red Chillies 
1/2 tsp Sugar 

Method


Cut the boneless chicken into 1"cubes.Season it with soya sauce,corn flour,little beaten egg and salt.Leave aside for 1 hour and deep fry the meat.

Mix the corn flour into a thick mixture and set aside.Chop ginger,garlic and onion.

Heat oil and add ginger,garlic and onion.When the ingredients are being fried add soya sauce,oyster sauce,salt,little sugar and stock.

Now add chili paste and the chicken, leave it to cook.Then add corn flour mixture and ajinomoto for taste.

Finely add fried chilies,cashew nuts and onion leaves.

                     SERVE IT.
