Ingredients
3tbls oil
2 medium sized onion chopped
100g capsicum cut into cubes.
2 medium sized tomatoes chopped
1 1/2 cup water
2tsp chili powder
salt
method
Trim meat and cut into 2cm cubes.Heat the oil and add all ingreadiants except capsicum.Cover the pan and simmer gently for 1 hour until meat is tender and sauce thickened.
Then add the capsicum and serve it.
