Semolina Ladoo

Ingredients


2cups semolina
2cups sugar
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup ghee
1tsp cardamom
100g roasted cashew nuts
5tbls milk powder

Method

Roast the semolina into golden brown. Add sugar,coconut,cardamom,cashew nuts milk powder and melted ghee and mix well.Now make into lemon sized balls and gently set aside.
