Gulab Jamuns


Ingredients


Syrup

1kg Sugar
4 cups water
1/4 tsp cardamon

Heat the sugar with water until the sugar dissolves.Then bring to a boilHeat it for about 5 minutes to thickens.Set aside.

For jamuns


400g Milk powder
8tbl spn flour
1/2 tbl spn baking powder
11 ounce fresh milk (5 1/2 + 5 1/2)
120 g butter

Method


Combine the milk powder, baking powder, butter and flour together.Then add 1/2 of the milk.Then mix it gently to make a dough.Keep it for half hour.

Now add the remaining  and kneed well.If the dough is very sticky and balls are hard to form, add little flour.

Then make balls and deep fry it and when it turn to the desired shade of brown, remove balls  and put in sugar syrup.





Baked Alaska


Ingredients


1 sponge cake
100g stewed fruits
1 cup strawberry ice cream
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Roast chicken

Ingredient


Small broiler chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp chili powder
1 dessert spn chili sauce
1 tbls soya sauce
1/4 tsp salt 
2 tsp butter
1 lime

Method


Marinate the chicken in salt and lime for 1/2 hour.Then rinse the chicken and dry well.

Separately mix all the other ingredients and apply on the chicken.Roast in an oven 200°C for 20-30 min.To make the chicken crispy put it under the grill for 5 min.

Stir Fried Beef Gravy










Ingredients



1kg boneless meat
3tbls oil
2 medium sized onion chopped
100g capsicum cut into cubes.
2 medium sized tomatoes chopped
1 1/2 cup water
2tsp chili powder
salt

method


Trim meat and cut into 2cm cubes.Heat the oil and add all ingreadiants except capsicum.Cover the pan and simmer gently for 1 hour until meat is tender and sauce thickened.

Then add the capsicum and serve it.

Diced Chicken with Cashew nuts

50g  Ginger
50g  Garlic
50g  Spring Onion
