Mixed Vegetable Noodles


My favorite dish at the moment!! It is easy to prepare and tastes is superb.The colors and the texture in the dish make it very appealing and inviting.

 

Ingredients


1 packet  Chinese noodles [boiled and cooled]
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 Onion chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced Cabbage
2 medium size Carrot (julienned)
4 medium size chopped Capsicum
10 chopped beans
2 tbls oyster sauce
2 tbls Soya sauce
3 tbls Chilli sauce
Salt and pepper powder to taste
3 tsp Oil


Method


Chopped the vegetables

Heat the oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste.Then add onions and stir for few minutes.

Then add all the vegetables and saute for few minutes. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.Do not over cook the vegetables.Add soya sauce,oyster sauce and mix well.

Then add the noodles and mix everything together.add the chili sauce and toss together until well coated.

Remove from the heat and garnish with fried cashews and fried eggs.
