Arabic Shorba








Ingredients

250g mutton or beef with bones [cut in to medium sized pieces]
1tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 medium sized onion chopped
1 medium sized tomato chopped
1 tsp red Chile powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 cloves
2 cardamom
1/2 cup cooking oats




Method

Heat the  pressure cooker and add little oil.Then add onion,ginger paste,cloves, cardamom and cumin seeds,saute for a few minutes.

Then add all the other ingredients.Add sufficient water and bring to the boil.Then cover it and cook it in a medium flame. Check the water level regularly.If u need a thin consistency add more water.

When serving squeeze little lemon in to the shorba.
