Falafel Sandwich

Ingredients


2 cups dry chick peas
1 small onion chopped
2-3 garlic clove
1½ tsp flour
1 tsp coriander powder
2 green chillies
1 tsp chili flakes
¼ bunch of coriander leaves
Salt



Instruction 

Soak the chick peas in cold water for 8 hrs.Then drain and rinse the beans.

Then add all the ingredients in to a food processor and pulse until you get a crumbly smooth paste.Then transfer the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Then make small balls and flatten them slightly.Fry it until gold and crispy.


 For the sandwich

250g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbls oil
milk as required to knead

Add all the ingredients and make a soft dough.cover it with a damp cloth and set aside for double in size.

Then divide into small balls and roll into a thin circle and cook it on hot pan.

For the filling

½ cup yoghurt
½ cup mayo
1 tbls lemon juice
salt
Pepper
Ice burg lettuce
Onion chopped
Tomato chopped
Cucumber cubes

Mix all the ingredients together.

To assemble


Spread the filling on each flat bread and place 2 to 3 falafel patties and roll it.
