Jaggery Pudding

Ingredients


3 cup Coconut milk [first extract]
3 cup Coconut milk [second extract]
350 g Jaggery
3 tbls gelatin
1/2 tsp cardamom

Method

Mix the coconut milk and jaggery together and bring to a boil.Stir continuously until jaggery is dissolved. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and add it to the milk mixture and mix well.




Remove from the heat and add cardamom powder.Then pour into a bowl immediately and refrigerate.
