Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 table spoon sugar
2 table spoon milk powder
1 tea spoon yeast
1 egg
Icing sugar
Salt
Method
Divide the dough into two portions and take a rolling pin and flatten the dough into a big circle. Then cut into small diamond shapes using a cutter.
Then deep fry until it become golden color.Roll the hot puffs in icing sugar.
Serve it hot....
