Pineapple Layer Pudding







Ingredients

1 tin condense milk
1 1/4 tin water
2 1/2 table spoon gelatin
3 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 jelly packets in different colors
Stewed pineapple

Method:


Make 1 packet of jelly according to the instruction and let it to set.Mean while prepare the condense milk mixture.

Boil the condense milk and water.Soak the gelatin in 2 table spoon water and dissolve in 3 table spoon hot water and add it to milk. Then add stewed fruits and vanilla and mix it well,let it to cool slightly.

Separately beat the egg whites until it becomes stiff.Add this meringue to the cooled milk mixture and fold it.Pour this mixture over the jelly and let it to set.

Then make the other jelly packet and pour over the pudding layer and let it to set.Finally add another pudding layer top of the jelly and let it to set.
