Strawberry Jelly Triffle


























Ingredients


Sponge cake [cut into small pieces]
1 pkt strawberry jelly
1/2 tin condensed milk
250 ml whip cream
2 tsp gelatin 
1/2 tin water [use the condensed milk tin]

Instruction


Arrange the cake pieces in a bowl.
Then prepare the jelly packet according to instruction.
Now pour it onto the cake and refrigerate.


Mean time prepare the milk mixture.
In a pan add water and condensed milk and bring to the boil.
Now add gelatin and stir it.[Dissolve the gelatin 2tbls warm water and add to the milk]
If you like you can add food colouring for milk.
Now set aside to cool.
Then pour the milk mixture top of the jelly layer and refrigerate.
Whip the cream by adding 1tbls icing sugar.
Pour this top of the milk mixture and garnish with strawberries.
