Chocolate Moose


















Ingredients


300g cooking chocolate
3 eggs
300ml whipped cream
50g butter
1 tbls gelatin [Dissolve the gelatin in 2tbls hot water]




Method

Double boil the cooking chocolate with butter.
Melt the chocolate until smooth.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Separately beat the eggs until it get light in colour.
Add the sugar gradually while beating.
Add dissolved gelatin and beat well.
Beat until firm peaks form,do not over beat.
Now fold the eggs in melted chocolate until combined.
Separately whip the cream and gradually fold in chocolate mixture.
Then spoon into serving bowls and chill it for 2 hrs.
Serve with whip cream and grated chocolate.
