Baked Alaska


Ingredients


1 sponge cake
100g stewed fruits
1 cup strawberry ice cream
1 cup vanilla ice cream


Meringue

4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar


Place cream of tartar and egg white in a large bowl.beat on medium speed until soft peaks form,about 1 min.Add sugar, and beat until stiff.

Make a sponge cake and cut into two from middle.
Place the lower part of the cake on a tray and spread vanilla ice cream on it.

Then add stewed fruits top of the ice cream.Then apply Strawberry ice cream top of the fruits.Then place the upper part of the cake above it.Finally cover with meringue and spread it smoothly.


Now bake at 350° 2-5 min or until meringue is lightly browned.keep it in the freezer for 2 hours.Then serve it.
