Ingredients
180g flour
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
30g melted butter
2 tbls sugar
1 ¼ milk
Method
In a large bowl add flour,sugar,baking powder and salt,mix well.
separate the egg yolks and whisk the egg whites in a bowl.
Now take another bowl and add egg yolk with milk and beat well.Then add melted butter and mix well.Now add the flour ingredients and whisk it.Do not over mix,if so it will become rubbery pancakes.
Now add the egg whites and fold it in 2 addition.
Rest it for 15min.
Heat a pan and add little oil.Then scoop the batter on the pan.[use 1/3 cup of mixture for each pan cake]
Cook the pan cakes until it become bubbly and browned on the top and bottom.
Serve it hot with your own favorite syrup.
