Meat Pie Pastry




















Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 cup luke warm yoghurt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tsp yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
Salt


Sift the flour with salt into a bowl.Then add yogurt and mix well.Add the melted butter and yeast and knead for 20min.

Cover the dough and allow double by keeping in a warm place for 1hr.Then punch down the air in the dough and divide the dough in to small balls.cover it and set aside for 1/2hr.

Mean while prepare the filling



2 large onions [chopped]
500g minced meat [boiled]
1/4 cup ghee
salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbls yoghurt
1 tbls vinegar
1 ripe tomatoes chopped


Instruction

Heat the ghee in a pan and  saute the onions for few minutes. Separately mix yoghurt,vinegar,meat and tomatoes.lastly add the onions and mix well.


Now roll out the each dough into size of a small tea saucer[1/2cm thickness].Then keep 2 spoon of filling and flute the edges.Rest for 10min.Then bake it for 20 min in 180C
