Spice Rice



Ingredients


500g Basmati rice
120g Onion
6tbls Oil
2tsp Ginger;garlic paste
2tsp Crushed pepper
6 Cardamom pods
2tbls Curry powder
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
2tbls Soya sauce
Salt to taste



Heat the oil fry half the onions until browned crisp,remove from the pan,add the remaining onion to the pan and fry until golden.Add ginger,garlic,curry leaves,Pepper,cumin seeds cardamom,clove,cinnamon and fry for 1min.Then add curry powder and salt to taste and stir well.Separately cook the rice and serve garnished with the crisp fried onion.
