Ingredients
1cup gram flour
1/2cup rice flour
1/2cup plain flour
1 big onion chopped
2-3 green chillies chopped
20g curry leaves chopped
1tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp asafoetida powder [optional]
salt to taste
Method
In a bowl add all the above ingredients and make a batter.
The batter should be smooth and thick paste.but not watery.
Now heat the oil and drop spoonful of batter into oil.
You can cook 4-5 at a time.
Deep fry til it get gold in colour.
SERVE WITH SAUCE
