Pizza Pinwheels



Ingredients


250g flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp instant yeast
warm milk


Method

Make a soft dough using all the ingredients and keep it covered for 1/2 hour in a warm place.
Then roll the dough to rectangle shape with a 1/4 inch thickness.
Then leave 1 inch border and spread the filling.
Then roll it like a swiss roll and cut the roll into slices.
Then keep it for 1/2 hour on a baking tray to rest.
Sprinkle some cheese over the roll
Then bake it for 10 min at 180C.

Eclairs

Ingredients


200g flour
1tsp sugar
4 eggs
250ml water
1/2 tsp salt
75g butter

Method


Sieve the flour and salt together and set aside.

Now in a pan add butter,sugar and water and heat it gently until the butter has melted.Remove from the heat and add the flour little by little and combine it well using a wooden spoon.

Return it to the heat and stir until the dough leaves the sides of the pan and form a smooth ball.
Now make it cool slightly.

Now gradually add the beaten eggs one at a time.Beat well until a thick paste form.Then add the paste in to a piping bag and pipe it on a baking tray with plain nozzle.

Bake it for 20-25min in 200 C°

Pastry Cream



250ml Milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
60g sugar
2 tbls corn flour


Place the milk and vanilla in a pan and bring to a boil.

Separately beat the egg yolk with sugar until the sugar has been dissolved and the mixture is light in colour.Then add corn flour and beat well.

Now pour half of the boiling milk into the yolk mixture and beat well.Then return it to the pan with the remaining milk.heat it until it begins to steam.Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Now cut the cooled eclairs from middle and fill it with pastry cream.and dip the eclairs in hot chocolate and chill it.

Chocolate Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients


200g grinded sugar
110g butter
180g plain flour
60g cocoa powder
200 ml heavy thick yoghurt
100ml cup milk
2 large eggs [at room temperature]
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla essence
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt

Black Forest Gateau



Ingredients



170 g sugar
6 eggs at room temperature 
60 g coco powder
120 g flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp. baking powder

Method


Make a syrup with 5 tbsp. sugar and 5 tbsp water in a pan, Then bring to a boil.Let this syrup cool,set aside.
Sift the flour with coco powder and baking powder 3 times just to aerate it.

Now beat the eggs.Beat it on low speed till frothy.Then increase to medium speed and add sugar 1 tbls at a time.Beat until all the sugar has been dissolved and fluffy.Now add the vanilla and beat it.

Now take a wooden spoon and add in the flour ingredients in 2 installment,Folding it in after each addition.Fold gently to combine,do not over mix.

Pour into your greased pan and bake it for 40 minutes at 170 C.


For icing


350 ml whipping cream
Grated chocolate
Cherries

Chop some cherries and add some sugar over them Leave them to be soft.When the cake is done.
Slice the cake in half.Sprinkle some sugar syrup and spread some cherries on the bottom part.

Beat the whipping cream with 4-5 tbls icing sugar.Beat until the mixture form firm peaks.Spread it on top of cherries.

Next keep the top layer,and brush some syrup and spread whipped cream and cover the entire cake.
Decorate with grated chocolates and cherries.

Chill and serve.

Shawarma


Ingredients



500g flour
Salt to taste
2 table spoon butter
2 tea spoon sugar
Warm milk

Swiss Roll


Ingredients


3 eggs[eggs should be in room temperature]
75g grinned sugar 
90g plain flour
Pinch of salt grinded ½  tsp vanilla 
1 tsp warm water

TIP: Eggs should be completely at room temperature.Cold egg will not give a good results.Sift the flour 3 times.Do not skip this point.Sifting many times results will be a more soft sponge cake.

Method




Arrange a baking tray (13" x 9") by lining it with greaseproof paper.Sift the flour with the salt 3 times.

Add the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Beat the eggs until it get pale and fluffy.Add the flour into egg in 3 installments.Then fold it with a spatula,very gently.When u adding last of the flour, add warm water and vanilla and fold it 

Now spread it on prepared baking tray.It won't take long time to bake, because This cake is so thin.
It will take 7-8 minutes for baking at 200 C.

Do not over bake the cake,[ it will become hard and will crack when rolling it. So don't wait for the cake to be brown.

When the cake is baking, dust some caster sugar all over a baking paper. It will be used to roll the cake once it's remove from the oven.

Now cut the edges of the cake with a knife.Now you can apply warm jam or hot chocolate.
You need to do this fast when the cake is warm.Then roll the cake gently but make a tight roll.

Then let the cake cool down completely.Decorate the cake as your wish.Whip cream or frosting.

Spice Rice



Ingredients


500g Basmati rice
120g Onion
6tbls Oil
2tsp Ginger;garlic paste
2tsp Crushed pepper
6 Cardamom pods
2tbls Curry powder
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
2tbls Soya sauce

Ingredients


250g semolina
2 chopped onions
2-3 green chillies
1 large carrot[diced]
1 large potato[diced]
4-6 beans chopped
1tbls chopped ginger
500ml water
salt to taste

Seasoning


1tbls ghee
1tsp mustard 
curry leaves
2tbls chopped coriander leaves
2 red chillies

Roast the semolina.
Place a fry pan and add little oil.Then add onions,ginger, green chillies and the vegetables and cook it for 5min.

Then add water and salt.let it boil.Now add semolina and stir well.Remove from heat and serve it.
